About the Journal

Aslama: Journal of Islamic Studies is an open access and peer-reviewed journal published by Konsultan Jurnal Ilmiah Indonesia which provides articles in all fields of Islamic Studies and related disciplines.
The word Aslama comes from Arabic; أسْلَمَ which means Surrender, Submit, Embrace Islam, Convert to Islam, Become a Muslim, and Congratulations. The use of the word Aslama for the name of the journal implies that the articles published are selected articles that are of high quality, safe and save scientific treasures that are relevant to the focus and scope of the discussion, namely Islamic Studies.
The scope of Islamic Religious Studies includes understanding the teachings of Islam, the Science of the Qur'an, the Science of Hadith, the history of the development of Islam, theology, Islamic law (fiqh), ethics, social, and various other aspects, including (1) Islam as God's teachings whose truth for its adherents is final, in the sense of absolute, and accepted as it is. (2) Islam is a cultural phenomenon which means everything that is the result of human creation in relation to religion, including society's understanding of the teachings of their religion.
